Festival Plan: Iron & Wine is my second favorite artist playing at Firefly 2014 and I just had to see him perform.

20140620 4:45 PM - 5:45 PM @ Firefly Main Stage:
After getting some food and listening to a little of The Mowglis, my friends and I waited for Iron & Wine.
While I most definitely enjoy his music and find it inspiring, I know my friends also have a special place for him in their hearts. In particular, they were absolutely certain to catch him perform at The Coffee House later today whereas I was initially torn between watching him or The Artic Monkeys. Of course, I ultimately made the right decision and went to see him at The Coffee House.
Overall, the performance here and the performance at The Coffee House are so different, it'd be like comparing apples and oranges. This performance had band members for accompaniment and five of the fifteen songs were from his latest album, Ghost On Ghost (2013). In contrast, the performance at The Coffee House was just him performing solo and consisted of a lot more fan favorites.
