Summary:
The album was good, but I think I had higher expectations with respect to how much I enjoyed their 2013 album Vessel. Of course, it can be hard for me to distinguish how much I enjoy a song for some intrinsic quality of the song and how much I enjoy it through familiarity. In particular, not only did I listen to Vessel a reasonable number of times, but I also saw twenty one pilots perform most of the album as well (Firefly 2014).
