Summary:
This album offers up a variety of country songs, with perhaps a slower pace and generally heavier feel than other country albums I've heard - though I can't say that I've heard many and my sample of albums may be skewed. This is possibly a combination of the lyrics and general theme of the songs together with the rock and/or blues instrumentation.

Prior to looking at other album ratings, I rated Traveller a 4.4 out of 5. Inituitively, I didn't like the album as consistently as I did with What You See Is What You Get (Luke Combs album). Pulling that post up, I had rated the album a 4.8 out of 5 with a song rating count of 6 ("0"), 7 ("1"), 2 ("2"), 2 ("3"), and 1 ("4"). In contrast this album has a song rating count of 6, 4, 2, 2, and 0. Is the rating differential qualified? With four less songs, to have the same rating profile would be to have a 4.6, 5.4, 1.6, 1.6, and 0.8 (multipy WYSIWYG's song rating count by 14/18). Thus, from a song rating point of view, the album did come up a little short (an example of a more equal profile would have been a 5, 5, 2, 1, and 1).

Overall Rating: 4.4/5
Favorite Song: "Tennessee Whiskey"
