Summary:
I primarily listened to this album passively and therefore the deeper themes contained in the lyrics escape me. With that being said, I think doing this for a first-time listen benefits my impression on the album. In any case, I mostly enjoyed the different sounds in the album. On a different note, there is a bias to rate this album well simply because it's been consistently sitting at the top of the Billboard 200 these past twelve weeks. Compensating for the bias, I decided to give the album a 4.2 instead of a 4.4. Note that the album may have artistic merit, my rating is primarily rooted in personal music preferences.

I'm not absolutely sure on my favorite song from this album but "Gods Eyes" is definitely catchy.

Overall Rating: 4.2/5
Favorite Song: "Gods Eyes"
