Harry Styles - Fine Line (2019)

Reason for Listening:
#12 on the Billboard 200 (Week of 20201121). Somewhat randomly.
Last Week: 17 | Peak: 1 | Weeks on Chart: 48
Although I was not familiar with Harry Styles's music, Fine Line was on my radar with respect to my "Weeks on Chart greater than 2x the rank" metric for the Billboard 200. As such, when I needed to make a late-night drive which would take about 40 minutes of my time, I decided to listen to it.

Summary:
I couldn't quite pinpoint why I was not quite enjoying the album. There were certainly elements of pop, but it wasn't quite pop. Then there were clearly elements of rock - I remember there being a song with a guitar solo. I thought perhaps I mainly didn't like the album because I was not a fan of the voice. Trying to compare the music to that of Andy Grammer, I eventually figured that perhaps this album leaned more towards rock and less towards pop.

The song I remember liking was "Watermelon Sugar." However, I would hold off on picking a favorite.
