Various Artists - Frozen (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) (2013)

Reason for Listening:
I just listened to Idina Menzel's holiday album, Christmas: A Season of Love and felt like transitioning to this album which is also on the Billboard 200.

Notes:
--20191220--
First listen. Frozen (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack).
I have a conflict with "Love Is an Open Door." I absolutely love the song on its own. But sometimes I think about the plot of the movie. I'll rate it independent of the movie.
Never a huge fan of "Let It Go" but it is good enough to be a "3."
I won't rate the instrumental tracks.

Songs in bold are the bonus tracks on the deluxe edition.
5: "Do You Want to Build a Snowman?";
4: "Love Is an Open Door"; "In Summer";
3: "Let It Go";
2: "Frozen Heart"; "Reindeer(s) Are Better Than People"; "Fixer Upper"; "Let It Go" (Demi Lovato);
1: "For the First Time in Forever"; "For the First Time in Forever (Reprise)";

Summary:
I've listened to this album in full one or two times before today - although I've listened to certain tracks such as "Do You Want to Build a Snowman" many more times - estimated at around 28 listens (unfortunately these were not tracked by last.fm). I guess the tracks are good, but as a whole I like the Moana soundtrack much more.

Overall Rating: 4.0/5
Favorite Song: "Do You Want to Build a Snowman?"
