First listen. Standard
The chorus is catchy but I don't like the rest of the song much. ("Grenade")
I remember I was in New York with some capoeira friends and seeing this song sung together with hand motions. I'm not sure if this was the first time I heard the song. I vaguely remember they might have played the song multiple times. In any case, I think that moment is part of why I love the song.

4: "The Lazy Song";
3: "Just the Way You Are"; "Marry You";
2: "Talking to the Moon"; "Count on Me" (EP Version);
1: "Runaway Baby"; "Liquor Store Blues" (ft. Damian Marley);
0: "Grenade"; "Our First Time"; "The Other Side" (ft. CeelO Green and B.o.B.);

Summary:
It happens that my top five rated songs are also singles from the album. The only single released which I rated poorly was "Grenade." With that being said, "poorly" here is a "0" and this means overall I found the album surprisingly favorable. And yet, I didn't necessarily have an overall feeling of enjoyment. I think this places the album somewhere around 3.8 or 4.0. Perhaps being under the weather has put a damper on my overall mood hence on my impressionability.

Overall Rating: 4.0/5
