Ingrid Michaelson - Be OK (2008)

Reason for Listening:
My Last.fm Albums Scrobbled (2018).
Scrobbles: 18. Scrobble/Album_Song_Count: 1.64

I didn't realize this was a compilation album. No wonder several songs sounded familiar yet were live recordings.

"You and I" was ranked 3 on my Top 32 Songs (2016 Edition) and ranked 3 on the Top 12/25/58 in 2015 (see Top 32 Songs (2015 Edition)).

From 2010 to 2019 the album has a total of 170 scrobbles (7, 50, 15, 35, 12, 18, 7, 7, 18, and 3). Among the 170 scrobbles, 69 are for "You And I," 23 are for "Be OK," 24 are for "Be OK" (Acoustic), and 13 are for "Can't Help Falling in Love" (Recorded Live at Daytrotter).

First listen.
Hmm. Do I like "The Chain" more than "Be OK"? At the least I'll move "The Chain" from a "2" to a "3."

4: "You and I";
3: "Be OK"; "The Chain" (Live from Webster Hall); "The Way I Am" (Recorded Live on WERS); "Be OK" (Acoustic);
2: "Can't Help Falling In Love" (Recorded Live at Daytrotter);
1: "Keep Breathing";
0: "Giving Up"; "Over the Rainbow"; "Lady in Spain"; "Oh What A Day";

Summary:
While listening to this album, I couldn't help but wonder why I liked so many of the tracks. Then, while completing this blog post, I learned that it was a compilation album and that both explained why I liked so many tracks and why the album consisted of live recordings.
