First listen.
Stop saying "baby"! ("Baby" by Lil Baby and DaBaby)
My mind focuses on the repetition of lyrics at the end of every line of "Bless Em" (ft. Travis Scott) by Takeoff). It becomes a little annoying.
After listening to the album I revisit "Pastor" (ft. Megan Thee Stallion) by Quavo and City Girls.
Songs which caught my attention: "Leave Em Alone" (ft. City Girls and PnB Rock) by Layton Greene and Lil Baby;
Summary:
Listening to this album was not useful to me. I think someone who frequently listens to the genre - particularly Quality Control artists - would benefit much more from such a compilation album. With that being said, I could imagine even a fan of the genre might fine the album as a whole to be flat. I think a compilation album can benefit from having a little more variety. Either that or it could have been shorter.
Overall Rating: 1/5
Favorite Song: "Leave Em Alone" (ft. City Girls and PnB Rock) by Layton Greene and Lil Baby
